We are committed to correcting any error, bug, or calculation issue as soon as it is brought to our attention.

1. Reporting Protocol

If you discover an error (such as a parsing error in the JSON Formatter, a merge error in the PDF tool, or an date calculation bug in the Age Calculator), please report it to our team.

You can submit error reports directly via our Contact Form. Please include:

The browser version and operating system you were using.
The input file format or date string that caused the issue.
Any error logs or console warnings that appeared.

2. Review and Verification

Upon receiving a bug report, our technical team will test the issue in an isolated local sandbox. Once verified, code patches are deployed to the workspace.
